In any case, if the pedals work in other simulators and … WebJul 1, 2016 · You wont regret the Crosswinds judging from the reviews I've read, but I personally went for Slaw Device pedals due to them being made of metal and thus matching the WH better. WebI have MFG Crosswinds and Slaw Device Vipers. Slaw device is definitely the superior option, but not the cheapest option. My only complaint with the MFGs is the pedals themselves which are slippery with socks on and when using toe brakes makes them hard to control as they flatten out too much and your feet slide.

Compare the $120 CH Pro Rudders to a $50 Thrustmaster joystick - why is the three-axis ZERO-button device so much more expensive? Slaw’s pedals look amazing - definitely a labor of love.
WebThey are also nicer when it's cold if you fly in bare feet/socks. The Virpil's are heavy and super solid feeling, and aside from swapping foot plates not really adjustable, but they pretty much stay put no matter what so feel free to yank and bank all you want. The metal stays cool on your feets in the summertime.
