There have been many times where I was sorely tempted to murder the guy and be done with it just so that I didn't have to listen to him talk down to me (and every other Whiterun NPC) anymore. But to be completely fair to Nazeem, he's by no means the most vile NPC in the game. Nobody cares about the other rich npcs (who are mostly white), even though many of them are far more unlikable than Nazeem. One example I can think of just off the top of my head is the patriarch of the Battleborns.

I have my problems with both but it is true. I also believe Witcher 3 is far superior in most ways. Gameplay is a bore though and the open world is meh at best.
