Webb29 maj 2024 · Lay coconut wrap or low carb tortilla flat and spread on a thin layer of cream cheese, all the way to the edges of the wrap. About ½ inch from the bottom edge of the wrap, place 2 thin cucumber slices side by side. Layer smoked salmon on top of cucumber. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over entire surface. WebbLayer ham and cheese on 2/3rds of the tortilla. Sprinkle lettuce (or other vegetables) on top of the meat and cheese. Starting with the meat edge roll the tortilla up tightly. Wrap each roll up in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes. Unwrap each roll and use a serrated knife to cut each one into one inch slices.
