If you are pushing 4.5ish or better, you'll want the big towers or big AIO's, for @4.2-4.7 you can use the mid towers or 140/240mm AIO's. In the end if I tried to boot it at a higher speed than its minimum 400MHz it would crash. In 2013 I replaced the CPU with an AMD FX-8350. That is the main reason I haven't tried to overclock it.
