When cold, it struggles to get up to voltage (above 45v) for a bit. Specifically, KOEO it starts out at about 44v and bounces up and back from there. Leave it KOEO and it will rise to 48 after 20 seconds and stay stable. Cycle off, KOEO again and it starts low again, but maybe a bit higher than earlier.
